All Nation Renovation’s professional and experienced project coordinators ensure that your renovation project is performed to the highest standards. Your personal project coordinator will manage your renovation and work directly with your community contact to:
- Maintain project schedule
- Assist in budget preparation
- Consult on custom paint color selection
- Provide weekly reports
- Coordinate and carry out all resident communications
- Ensure that team members wear identifiable
- All Nation Renovation uniforms
- Supervise the project team to carry out all inspections as stated in the contract
- Maintain clean and safe working conditions at your property
- Make sure all materials and equipment are
properly stored and secured in a fenced staging
area or locked container
Schedule of Inspections
Milestone Inspections: These inspections will be scheduled at specific project dates agreed upon between you and your project coordinator. After each inspection, we will complete any corrections in a timely manner to ensure the project stays on schedule.
Final Inspection: At the completion of your renovation you will participate in a final inspection. The project is not complete until you are entirely satisfied and all punchout items are completed.
